To provide opportunities for all families in our community to play sports, Reston Hoops & Reston Volleyball (a non-profit organization) offers financial assistance through the Fairfax County Youth Sports Scholarship Program. Registration fees for players from families with a documented financial need are significantly reduced. All information submitted for financial assistance is kept strictly confidential. Families who do not submit the required application and supporting documentation will not be able to participate in the season until full payment is made or the required information is provided.
To apply for Fairfax County’s Youth Scholarship Program, you must:
- Be a resident of Fairfax County, and
- Qualify for one of the programs below, and
- Submit the application and supporting documentation to Reston Hoops & Reston Volleyball.

- First Register to Play for the Season.
- Within the registration, select your need for a scholarship. Your fees are automatically reduced.
- Click here to complete the online scholarship application now or use the link in the registration confirmation email.
- Families who do not submit the required application will not be able to participate in the season until full payment is made or the required information is provided. Please apply within 48 hours.
- You are automatically approved for a scholarship provided you meet the criteria!
