Fees charged include a League jersey, all processing, and mandatory County fees

Select and House divisions, Rising 3rd/4th Grade Mixed boys AND girls in competitive league play. |
| 5th/6th Grade Boys: |
Select and House divisions, Rising 5th/6th Grade Boys only division in competitive league play. |

Select and House divisions, Rising 5th/6th Grade Girls only division in competitive league play. |
