Player Registration Information:
Included with registration is a League jersey and all processing and mandatory County fees

• Player Registration Deadline: June 1st
• Individual registration: $195.00
• Out of County fee: $50.00
• A $10.00 Early Bird discount will automatically be applied if registered before April 16th
• Multiple player (siblings) discounts are available online. $25.00 off for each sibling. Players must be registered at the same time.
• Team Players will be placed on their team based on the Coach Name entered in their registration and matching the roster submitted by the Registered Coach.

Registration Notes:

• Your player will register for a division based on the grade the will be ENTERING into September 2026. NOT the grade they are CURRENTLY IN.
• All Individual Registrants (those not part of a pre-formed team) must attend ONE Evaluation Session.

Scholarship Registration:

• Players who will be registering and submitting a scholarship application are also required to register online by June 1st.
• The total reduced amount requested is $50.00 and your player will be successfully entered into the system.
• A completed scholarship form must be received prior to June 1st to have your player eligible for season play.

Pre-formed Team Coach Steps

• Coach/Team Requirements are due by June 1st to be eligible. Eligibility is based on completing all:
  
  • Coach Application Form. Complete the online Coach Application Form.
  • Roster Information: Download the Team Registration Roster spreadsheet and email the completed roster to [email protected]
  • All Players Register in the system. Players’ guardians will register players individually following the guidelines above: Player Registration Information. Ensure they register in the the division based on the grade they will be in September 2026, not their current grade.
  • Scholarship Paperwork: The player’s guardian is responsible for completing the scholarship forms online by May 29th.
  • Full Roster, Teams will have until May 29th to bring the roster up to 10 players or the League will add players to your roster.
  • To qualify as a Full Team, you must have at least 6 players initially defined for your team.
  • As a head coach, you will be refunded your single-player registration fee after team division formation. Ensure you select to be a Head Coach in your player’s registration.
  • New for 2026: In the never-ending quest for division balance and parity, under most circumstances, a full team entering into league play will be moved up one division.

Draft-formed Team Coach Steps

• Sign up to become a coach this summer! A rewarding experience, no prior coaching is required.
  
  • Coach Application Form. Complete the online Coach Application Form.
  • As a named head coach, you will have your single registered child’s season fee refunded once the teams are defined for the season. Ensure you select to be a Head Coach in your player’s registration.
  • The league will be in contact before the season starts regarding the formation of Teams.

For all multi-team coaches

• If you are registering more than one team this season:
  
  • Each of your teams will have the SAME team name. This allows for easier scheduling conflict resolution.

Blackout Dates for Season Schedule Forfeit Avoidance

• We will try to build the best schedule for your team within the constraints we have with our gym allocation.
• Blackouts and Change Requests are ONLY valid when you do not have 5 players available.
• Blackouts and Change Requests are never for when a coach can not attend
• Poll your team before June 2nd for any dates between June 15th and July 24th where you will have less than 5 players.

• Check with your parents for willingness to cover the team if you are absent for a game.

Referee Registration Information – PAID POSITION:

• Referee Application Form. Complete the online Referee Application Form.
• Junior Referee, The league will also hire referees who are under 18 years old to referee the younger division games. Please also complete the online Referee Application Form.

Gym Manager Registration Information – PAID POSITION:

• Duties: Set up and oversee League Games throughout the season. This includes observing the referees, running & reporting the score clock and book, ensuring league games are running smoothly, and reporting scores to the league at the end of each game. GM’s may have additional opportunities to support as Evaluators and Trainers.
