Basketball

Fall/Winter Select (Travel) Basketball

Reston Select (Travel) Basketball has competed in the Fairfax County Youth Basketball League (FCYBL) for over 30 years, offering boys and girls in grades 4–8 a higher level of play that has prepared many athletes for varsity, college, and even professional basketball.

Winter House Basketball

Winter House Basketball welcomes boys and girls in grades 1–12, with registration opening in September and skills evaluations held in early November before teams are formed. Practices begin in December, games run on Saturdays from January through March, and the season concludes with playoffs and tournaments. Summer Basketball

Summer House Basketball welcomes boys and girls in grades 1–12, with registration opening in March and skills evaluations held in May before teams are formed. Games are scheduled during the week, Monday-Friday from June until late July followed by playoffs and tournaments concluding in early August. Practices are held at outdoor courts. Volleyball

Falll

Fall Volleyball offers House leagues for grades 4–8 and Select programs for 7th–8th graders, with practices beginning in September and matches running through late October. House is a developmental program with one practice and one Saturday match each week, while Select provides a more competitive experience with required tryouts, weekly practices, and extended matches against area teams.

Spring

Spring Volleyball follows the same structure as Fall, with leagues for grades 4–8 and Select options for 7th–8th graders. Registration opens in December, with teams formed in late winter before practices and matches begin in March. House teams practice once a week and play Saturday matches, while Select teams compete at a higher level with required tryouts and longer match formats.
